BeSafe Support Team
Timothy M. Harrington
Director of Client Services and Support
Tim is a native of Massachusetts, having grown up on Cape Cod. He is a graduate of the Barnstable High School and attended college on Cape Cod at the community college there before heading to western Massachusetts to pursue his degree in computer science.
With his background in Computer Science, and a plethora of technical knowledge and abilities, Tim brings an abundance of skills to the table at BeSafe. With over 20 years of an acquired skillset in programming, Tim's applied computer knowledge is constantly changing the way in which things are happening at BeSafe. Innovative and direct, he has solved user issues and is considered a wizard-behind-the-curtain in the ever-changing activity going on at BeSafe. Staying relevant and current in technology through continuing education and involvement has added to the value Tim brings to BeSafe's clients; his exposure to new technologies and techniques being utilized in the safety environment by local, state, and federal agencies makes Tim a great resource for any organization looking to advance its safety and security efforts.
Tim relocated to North Carolina when BeSafe opened its technology office in Raleigh, NC. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and together they have one son, born in 2013. Being new to parenting, they spend much of their free time on family and child-focused events. He also enjoys outdoor activities including disc golf, fishing, and gardening with his friends and family. Tim also actively participates and volunteers with the charity CHERUBS which helps to raise awareness and support research for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH).
Michael A. O'Keefe
Mike was born in Connecticut and raised in Massachusetts. After graduating from High School he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. He served in the Marines for 6 active years, while stationed in San Diego and completing multiple tours over seas.
After being honorably discharged from service in 2006 Mike returned to the east coast ready to continue service to the public. Mike quickly joined the BeSafe team and has been honing his specialties of CAD and Site Work ever since. Mike is currently a Project Manager and Field / Site Representative.
He has been happily married to his wife since 2009, yet together since High School. He now lives in Raleigh, NC where he and his bride are raising two wonderful little boys.
Michael G. Mayone
Michael is a North Carolina native –born and raised in Raleigh. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington (Go Seahawks!) where he majored in Political Science.
Michael began working for BeSafe technologies part time during his junior year at Millbrook High School. He continued to work for BeSafe throughout college, finally joining on full time upon graduation. He continues to expand his knowledge base by staying current with all applicable industry best practices and career development programs.
Michael offers a wide array of skills including – Project management, Security consultation, and CAD Design.
Regional Sales Manager
Nikki enjoyed a successful career as a sales professional, beginning in consumer products with Proctor & Gamble, then moving into the healthcare sector in medical devices and later, into high-tech home care. Recognizing her innate skill to motivate and coach, she jumped at at every opportunity to help others, lead workshops, and mentor and train new representatives in the field.

Regional Sales Manager
Kurt Jordan brings over 25 years of professional experience to his role as CEN Church Advisor. With a background as a Multi-Jurisdictional Law Enforcement Officer, Security/Crime Prevention Supervisor, Fire-Police Officer, Explosives Detection Specialist, and Private Investigator, Kurt has demonstrated great knowledge, and organizational management throughout the extensive and advanced training he has completed.
Kurt has also worked extensively with his home church and a large international Missions group regarding their mission's security assessments as well as their biblical readiness. Kurt utilizes his vast and varied skills and experience to assist fellow Christians, churches, cities, and ministries to become part of the CEN Biblical Readiness Project – equipping and assessing their needs, response capabilities, and more importantly their readiness to respond biblically to emergencies.
