A lawsuit filed on behalf of an injured California college student also names the concert promoter and cites security concerns about the music venue.
The lawsuit takes issue with the security at the festival, claiming Live Nation and MGM, which owns the land where the event was held, negligently failed to design proper exits or train staff on what to do in an emergency.
